A Soulful Collaboration

What happens when two CAPS members from different chapters meet at a conference and share a dream? Why collaboration that works, that’s what.

Lea Brovedani, The Trust Architect and member of CAPS Atlantic and Glynis E. Devine, Chief Juicer and member of CAPS Montreal are just back from their first (‘of many!’ the co-hosts say) women’s empowerment treat, Your Soul Journey.

Eleven women from across North America came together at the Zen Oasis, a Club Med adults-exclusive property in Punta Cana, DR for 8 days and 7 nights.

“It was like we had worked together for years!  Our personalities complemented each others’… but then to find out so did our content – THAT was a bonus!” says Glynis.

Lea said, “Glynis and I came with different strengths but with a common goal. To create a retreat that uncovered gifts that women can share and show to themselves and the world.”

And while the retreat wasn’t created with speakers in mind, there were NSA/CAPS colleagues who participated. Here is what some of them had to say…

“Ultimately I’ve got a deeper understanding of myself as a person and I feel more in control of all of the challenges I face in business and in my personal life” ~ Lesley Everett ~ CSP, HOF

“Had an amazing week. I feel that the future is a whole lot brighter as a result of this week. Your Soul Journey Retreat is definitely named properly” ~ Susan Sweeney~ HOF

“It was an awesome week. I met absolutely fabulous women. The retreat was a container, a structure that made me learn a lot, made me give what I had to give and created great relationships between all of us who were here and within ourselves as well.” ~ Faythe Buchanan, Past President of CAPS Atlantic

You already know that CAPS speakers are a talented lot. When you collaborate with a CAPS colleague and then together focus on what your attendees take away you synergize your expertise – and showcase theirs, too!  There’s always room for everyone to grow!
