Let’s celebrate CAPS 20th together!

CAPS 20th anniversary is around the corner (July 8th to be exact) and the celebration continues.

Many chapters are conducting celebrations on July 8th, which is fabulous. Take lots of pictures and post them.

CAPS will celebrate coast-to-coast and at Influence (NSA) 2017. As we shared with the Chapter presidents there will be some internal and external initiatives. Lets get the party started.

Each Chapter to host a 30 minute time slot, as indicated below, between the hours of 3 :00 pm – 8 pm ET, on a dedicated zoom line.

Anyone at Influence (NSA 2017), in Orlando – we too will have a celebration on July 8th in the evening after the opening ceremonies. Meet us in the Atlantic Hall at 9:00 pm for our traditional CAPS CSP Night at NSA where we will have a triple celebration – celebrating our newest CSPs, celebrating Canada’s 150th birthday and of course, CAPS’ 20th birthday  – join us for some cake and bubbly!

Externally – lets create some magic in the media

  • Many chapters are having a meeting in June – suggestion: take a picture of your Chapter and post it on July 8th.
  • We encourage members to share on July 8th via twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn Instagram, YouTube, Facebook live  – Finish this statement…“CAPS is….”  Let’s create as much outreach as possible!
  • If you get together as a group, do a Facebook live of people finishing this statement… “CAPS is …” could create some great momentum!
