What a year it’s been!  With a combination of virtual, hybrid, in-person, and then back to virtual, we have worked hard to adjust to the new realities that COVID, Delta, Omicron and [*insert name of next COVID iteration*] have put upon us. And throughout the year, I’ve benefited from the support of YOU, the CAPS community – and my member benefits – more than ever. I hope that’s been the case for you as well.

Your annual CAPS membership renewal is right around the corner, and we hope you’ll continue to embrace the CAPS advantage and renew by April 1^st.

If you already know you’re going to renew your membership in this amazing association renew now. And, if you need a bit more information, I’m pleased to share what’s new (and very exciting!) around renewal this year.

• Payment plan: Like last year, a 6-payment plan option will be available to you! You can now pay your $645 membership in six equal installment payments, with no administration fee, as long as you renew before the April 1^st deadline.  You will note that there is a small increase in membership dues for 2022. To renew with the Payment Plan option click here.
• Multiyear Membership Discounts: Last year’s multiyear membership discounts were so popular that we will be offering this option again! If you choose to renew for 3 or 5 years, there will now be a discounted rate for both of those options.
  • Renew for 3 years and save 10% or $193.50 before tax.
  • Renew for 5 years and save 20% which is $645, so YES you pay for 4 years and get the fifth year for FREE!
  • Note:  Payment plans are not an option with multi-year renewals.
• Early Bird Incentives! We have several very valuable early bird incentives to make it worth your while to renew right away (and yes, multi-year subscribers from past years are also eligible).

  Submit payment for your standard one-year renewal or multi-year option on or before March 11, 2022, and get entered into a draw for a chance to win one of four amazing prizes:

1. A one-year extension of your CAPS membership
2. Free Convention registration for the 2022 CAPS Convention
3. Full access to our Online Speaker Academy(value $500.00). If you win, you may keep the prize for yourself or gift it to a current CAPS member.
4. *New this year!* We are happy to give away $50 in CAPS dollars, which can be applied towards the 2022 CAPS Convention, your 2023 CAPS Membership, or a Speaker Academy membership.

We know you don’t really need these incentives to renew your commitment to CAPS, but your National Board and head office want to do what we can to thank you for your continued membership by providing options that will make it easier and even more valuable for you to renew and stay a part of our wonderful CAPS Community.

You could wait until the final renewal date of April 1, 2022, but then you’ll miss out on the incentives … so why wait any longer if you already know that you plan to renew? Plus, late fees will apply to payments received after April 1 (you can find out more about the ins and outs of the CAPS renewal policy here).

Le renouvellement annuel de votre adhésion CAPS approche à grands pas, et nous espérons que vous continuerez à profiter de l’avantage CAPS en renouvelant d’ici le 1er avril.

  • Renouvelez pour 5 ans et économisez 20 % ou 645 $. En effet, vous payez pour 4 ans et obtenez la cinquième année GRATUITEMENT !
