WE ARE ONE… one family – a CAPS family.  And once a year we all get together at convention.  So it seems too obvious not to call it… a Family Reunion – so that’s just what we did!

This year’s Fun!raiser, benefitting the CAPS Foundation (http://capsfoundation.com) is a Family Reunion featuring all the fixings you’d expect at one… comfort food, casual dress, a chance to catch up in deep and no-so-deep conversations, and the talent of our family’s stars… all rolled into one fabulous event – emceed by our very own CSP, Mark Black!

5Ws and a how…

Who:  All members – and guests!  And here’s what’s really important… 32 auctions (our online auction) is open to the public.  So if you see a prize that you think a colleague, friend or family members might be interested in – please share the link!

Where:  In the Main Ballroom at the Renaissance where convention is held.  No going outside!

What:  A buffet dinner (with plenty of choices for all diets) followed by an entertaining program and a short live auction led by Danny Hooper – our convention emcee and brand new CAPS Edmonton member!

The Foundation will benefit from the funds raised from:

• A 50/50 draw
• The live auction conducted during dinner
• The Silent Auction that’s active right now! (until 10:30 p.m. Edmonton time, Monday December 5th)

Entertainment will include our Montreal crooner and fly-guy, Marc-Antoine Plourde, a Hypnosis Show featuring our very own convention co-chair and Hypnotist Extra-ordinaire, Wayne Lee followed by Karaoke for all!

When:  Monday, December 5, 2016 – doors open and food is served at 6:30 p.m.  This year it’s important to be on time to not miss some of the fast-moving fun!

Here’s How to prepare…

2. Pack your comfies – Family Reunion is the casual night at convention.  Jeans and sneakers are welcome.  We’re calling it ‘shabby chic’
3.
