CAPS Foundation is Looking for a Volunteer Treasurer – Interested?


The CAPS Foundation’s mission is to: facilitate giving by CAPS members for CAPS members.
Are you interested in being a part of a community of volunteers with a special focus on the CAPS Foundation and driving its mission, vision, and values forward? Do you enjoy working with financial information? If you said yes, then we may have the perfect CAPS Foundation committee role for you!

We are seeking out a Treasurer starting from September 1, 2022. The CAPS Foundation Treasurer shall have charge and custody of all financial books, records, and accounts for the Foundation, and in general perform all the duties as from time to time, may be assigned to him/her by the Board. The Treasurer will be a Director of the Foundation and is elected to an up to three (3) year term by a majority vote of the Board. The Foundation board meets virtually 3 to 4 times per year, and when possible, in person at the annual CAPS Convention.
