Who may file an Ethics Complaint:
Any person, member of CAPS or not, who has reason to believe that an association member has acted in violation of the CAPS Code of Professional Ethics and Conduct. The Ethics Committee may initiate a complaint based on alleged violations brought to its attention if allegations are considered to have the potential to cause serious harm to the profession.
How To File:
Complete the online Ethics Complaint Form. The online form is forwarded to the CAPS Executive Director, who will send it to the Chair of the Ethics Committee.

- Review the CAPS Guiding Principles, CAPS Code of Professional Ethics and Conduct, and the CAPS Anti-Harassment Policy
- Review CAPS Ethics Complaint Procedure
- Complete the Online Ethics Complaint Form
