Business ‘Smash & Build’

June 8 @ 2:00 pm - 5:00 pm

SPECIAL AFTERNOON SESSION
An unconventional experience for speakers ready to rummage.

You’re already a brilliant speaker.
A trusted expert. A compelling storyteller. A master of your craft. You know you’re built for larger stages and greater impact, but something keeps you locked in place.

The biggest obstacle to growing your speaking business isn’t a lack of talent. It’s the invisible roadblocks that stall your momentum, muddy your messaging, drain your creativity, and leave you stuck in a rut of old patterns.

On June 8, let’s smash through those walls together!

In this highly tactile workshop, certified LEGO® Serious Play® facilitators Andrew Leith, Kristin Light, Renee Paser-Paull, and Sue Wedsworth will each lead two focused small group experiences designed to uncover the hidden structures shaping your career — then quite literally smash what’s holding you back to build something stronger in its place!

HOW IT WORKS

Each facilitator will operate a separate table focussed on their area of specialty. You’ll select two of the four topics available, rotating tables halfway through to tailor your workshop engagement to the specific business challenges you’d like to explore. No LEGO® experience required: just curiosity, openness, and a willingness to build something new.

WHY IT WORKS

LEGO® Serious Play® operates on a simple but powerful truth: sometimes, our hands know more than our minds let on. By building our thoughts, we can sidestep bias, self-consciousness, and the many defensive filters that shadow words alone. It’s thinking made visible: a creative way to turn insight into something we can actually see, share, and build on together.

You can explore …

  • Identifying hidden strengths, opportunities, and “speaker superpowers”
  • Breaking through mindset blocks that impact visibility, sales, or momentum.
  • Strengthening client and audience connection
  • Addressing challenging communication gaps
  • Smashing assumptions (incoming and outgoing)
  • Feeling stuck or uncertain about your next level of growth
  • Building confidence and overcoming self-limiting beliefs
  • Reigniting creativity and fresh thinking

… building a strategy to tackle your biggest hurdles to success.

When the hands are busy, the truth can speak.

Let’s get loud and build better, together!
