Cate admits to having her underwear way too tight. So much so that some years ago she shelled out and experienced a serious burn out. She has empowered hundreds of teams by cultivating resilient leaders, fostering engagement, and nurturing healthier workplace cultures. With an extensive background in mental health, and being hand-picked to train with Jack Canfield, ‘Chicken Soup for the Soul’ and ‘The Success Principles’ author; Cate is a passionate advocate for health and wellness. She was a fitness instructor for over 35 years.
