Shari Bricks, CMP, DES, is the CEO of Bond Association Management, heading up the Local, Regional and International Association Management division. With a Bachelors of Commerce degree specializing in Hospitality and Tourism Management and an honors degree in Urban Planning plus over 25 years in the Administrative and Hospitality industries she has developed extensive knowledge in administering various types and sizes of projects, tasks, staff, and associations. Shari’s specialties include administration, governance, leadership, strategic thinking, and event/conference planning and execution. We all know Shari in her role of CAPS Executive Director and the Global Speakers Federation. Events (and now Virtual) are her passion!
Rhonda Scharf is an author, speaker, trainer, and grandmother! She has earned her Certified Speaking Professional, is a member of the Canadian Speaking Hall of Fame, and is one of only 35 speakers worldwide who have earned their Global Speaking Fellow (meaning she truly has an international business), and been awarded the Spirit of CAPS award. She was the first speaker in the entire world to earn all four awards. Her peers consider Rhonda a leader in the speaking industry! Her natural warmth and sincerity are balanced by a healthy sense of the absurd, a combination that is useful in any situation.
Rhonda was one of the first Canadians to earn the “Certified Virtual Presenter” designation in 2020.
Rhonda’s professional speaking career began at age two… when her mother would offer her 25 cents to be quiet for five minutes!
Award-winning author Kristin Arnold is an expert in the area of leading workplace teams. As a high stakes meeting facilitator, keynote speaker, and professional panel moderator, Kristin has worked with over a hundred different organizations, three hundred different teams, and presented to over a half a million people around the world on the topics of leadership, strategy, innovation, critical thinking and teamwork.
As the past President of the National Speakers Association of the United States (2010-11) and one of the first female graduates of the United States Coast Guard Academy, Kristin brings 20 years of practical team building experience to your audience. She has worked with small businesses to Fortune 500 companies and is equally adept on the shop floor as she is in the executive boardroom.
She is considered to be the foremost expert on moderating panel discussions as well as author of six books including the award-winning book, Boring to Bravo: Proven Presentation Techniques to Engage, Involve, and Inspire Your Audience to Action. Kristin has a MBA in Marketing Strategy from St. Mary’s College of California. She has also earned the Certified Speaking Professional (CSP) designation from the National Speakers Association and the Certified Professional Facilitator | Master (CPF|M) designation from the International Association of Facilitators.
