Convention Registration

Welcome to the registration system for the 13th Annual CAPS Convention - December 6th to 8th, 2009 in Calgary, Alberta.

The CAPS registration system will:

Ask you to log in, if you are a CAPS National member OR create a personal profile if you are not. Members must log-in to receive special National Member rates.
Outline the various convention packages available to you.
Outline the special events available to you.
Solicit information regarding any special needs or requirements.
Assist you in arranging payment.

If you pre-registered and paid $100.00, use your confirmation e-mail which you would have received, which provides you with registration details about how to access your profile and make any required changes (i.e. add special events, etc.).

Once you have registered - you may log-in below at any time to view your convention registration and/or change your registration information. Click here to view all Registration Fee options.

Please be sure to reserve your room(s) at the lovely Westin Calgary Hotel, by calling the Westin reservations directly at 1-403-266-1611 and provide group name: Canadian Association of Professional Speakers. You may also reserve on-line by clicking here. Our very special group rate for this convention is only $170.00 CDN per night. SPECIAL OFFER: Arriving early? CAPS Special Rate for Friday Dec. 4th and Saturday Dec. 5th of $149.00! Discount will be applied to your account upon checkout.

Please note that all convention fees stated are subject to 5% GST and will be added to your total fees due at the time of payment processing.

CAPS 2009 Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations received by September 1, 2009 will be subject to a $25.00 administrative fee.
Cancellations received after September 1, 2009 and before November 1, 2009 will be subject to a $100.00 administrative fee.
Cancellations received after November 1, 2009 will be refunded 50% of fees paid.
No refunds will be made after December 3, 2009.
