The above comment has been made (or paraphrased) many times over the years. If you’ve been around the speaking industry even for only the briefest amount of time you may very well have heard it. Getting in is easy; getting to success is difficult.
CAPS Toronto, Board and Chapter, have long been committed to diminishing the difficulty and make achieving success an achievable goal for all. As a result, PRO-TRACK SPEAKER ACADEMY was launched in 2009 and PRO-TRACK 2010 is well underway soon going into Boot Camp #3 for registered attendees.
What is PRO-TRACK?
PRO-TRACK is a year-long system of quarterly weekend boot-camps to teach aspiring speakers, new speakers and mid-career speakers the business of professional speaking. Its primary focus is to help develop the level of presentation and platform skills needed as an expert professional speaker as well as helping attendees identify, create and build all of the components necessary to run a successful, thriving and sustainable business in the world of professional speaking.
PRO-TRACK Syllabus includes: The World of Professional Speaking, Platform & Presentation Skills, Topic Development, Sales & Marketing, Platform & Presentation Skills, Business Planning, Product Development, Running Your Office, Platform & Presentation Skills, Professional Branding, Website Essentials, Presentations Showcase, and so much more. As Summer ends and Autumn arrives we all tend to get back to business just a wee bit more. We focus on getting back to work, ending the year strong and looking ahead to our goals for the year ahead. So it is with PRO-TRACK.
This is to announce PRO-TRACK SPEAKER ACADEMY 2011. We are thrilled to confirm that there will be another year-long program launch in January. Already we have received strong commitments from a few people who were not able to sign up for 2010 and will attend Pro-Track 2011. Space is limited. We are restricting attendance to 12 people only. Fees are affordable, cash-flow accommodating and ROI is high.
